Dr. Sahanna Balendran has always had a passion for Optometry since she was 14 years old. She graduated from the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree. She was then admitted to the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) for her Doctorate of Optometry degree in 2014. After the first year of Optometry school she was enrolled in Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Society (BSK) due to her academic standing. Dr. Balendran completed her rotations at Batavia VA Medical Center in Batavia, NY and at the Eye and Vision Center in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Balendran was born and raised in Brampton, ON. She loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys hosting get-togethers at her house. She would love to give back to the community by being dedicated to provide the utmost quality of vision care in a compassionate environment.
